In-House Laminated Roof Beam Production
Our curved laminated glulam roof beams are produced in-house using multiple timber laminations formed around custom jigs. This method creates the traditional curved shepherd hut roof profile while providing strength, consistency and a handcrafted appearance unique to each build.
Unlike hidden roof structures, these beams are designed to remain exposed below the finished ceiling, becoming a visible interior feature that adds character and craftsmanship to the completed shepherd hut.
